We are celebrating MeetinVR’s launch by offering a Free version to users who want to try out VR collaboration more casually. The Free version allows you to create and join a meeting as a guest user. See our updated pricing plans here.
If you want to plan meetings in advance with easier access and your own notes, content and avatar, it is possible to upgrade to the Pro plan. For even more options like SSO login, up to 33 users in the same room, advanced moderator features and beyond, the Enterprise plan is your choice.
3D models
Now you can upload 3D models on the web platform that you can play around with. MeetinVR supports the file types FXB, OBJ, GLB and more. Find the pre-uploaded models in the Demo files.
Moderator mode
Meeting managers have more control over the meeting settings. They can now:
- move participants to different VR Rooms, choose which tools they can use
- control who can talk
- Control who can use the screens
- Grant different users permission to extract content from the meetings
Templates
Transform a whiteboard into a working template in 2 steps: drag and drop any image from your media files straight onto the board.
Support for +30 users
Increase the participant limit by activating Performance Mode. This minimal mode turns avatars into a screen that shows a person’s profile picture, hides tools and turns the geometry of the room invisible, among others.
